Wigan Athletic is hosting a meeting for season ticket holders to discuss ways of improving the atmosphere at the Brick Community Stadium. The event takes place at Whelan's Bar on Thursday, 6 August, with doors opening at 6:30pm and the meeting starting at 7pm.
Managing Director Sarah Guilfoyle and Head Coach Gary Caldwell will attend to hear supporters' ideas directly. The club recognises the impact supporters have on performances and wants to develop a grassroots approach to generate more noise and energy from the stands during the 2026/27 campaign.
What prompted the meeting
The meeting follows feedback from supporters and an approach from the club's drummers in ES2.
How to attend
No advance registration is needed – season ticket holders are simply invited to turn up on the evening. Proceedings are expected to finish by 8pm.
