Tom Fitzpatrick, Head of Rugby Operations at Wigan Warriors, has featured in the latest episode of Wigan TV's 'A Brew with Drew' vlogcast series. Hosted by journalist Drew Darbyshire, Fitzpatrick discussed the behind-the-scenes work required to prepare the Cherry & Whites for match days. The episode launched on Saturday 18 July and is available to Wigan TV subscribers.
From intern to head of rugby operations
Known to the team as 'Catman', Fitzpatrick joined Wigan in 2012 as a Strength & Conditioning intern before becoming full-time in 2014. Over more than a decade with the club, he has held several roles including Strength & Conditioning Coach and player welfare manager, before progressing to his current position overseeing rugby operations.
