More than 16,000 tickets have been sold for Friday night's Betfred Super League Derby at The Brick Community Stadium, with captain Zach Eckersley expressing his excitement ahead of the match.
Eckersley told Wigan TV that ticket sales have been exceptional. "Ticket sales are through the roof, you can tell it's a big game - it's massive," he said. "All the fans will be there, and the stadium will be pumping. It's always special to play in front of a big crowd at The Brick and the atmosphere makes it feel even bigger sometimes."

The South Stand is already sold out. Limited tickets remain available through The Brick Community Stadium Ticket Office and online.
