About the FA Cup run
The FA Cup holds significant history for Wigan Athletic. The club lifted the trophy in 2013 and has enjoyed strong runs in the competition since that victory.
Manager Gary Caldwell was part of the side that beat Manchester City during that 2013 success. He will now be hoping to guide Latics to further success in the 2026/27 competition.
