Wigan Warriors and the Rugby Football League (RFL) are inviting disabled supporters to take part in the 2026 Level Playing Field Annual Fan Survey, which is now live.
Level Playing Field, a charity founded in 1998, represents the views of disabled supporters across sport in England, Scotland and Wales. The organisation has worked with the RFL and several member clubs in recent years, including Leeds Rhinos and Wigan Warriors.
What the survey covers
This is the sixth year the survey has run, gathering the experiences of disabled sports fans in domestic competitions. This year's focus includes expanded questions about tickets for Personal Assistants and Companions, sometimes referred to as carers, and accessible seating.
The survey will automatically skip questions not relevant to individual respondents. Level Playing Field notes that responses are valued from all disabled fans, even if these topics do not apply to them personally.
How results are used
Overall results are shared publicly each year, alongside clubs and governing bodies. Individual clubs receive detailed reports breaking down their specific areas for improvement and weakness, set against wider industry trends.
The data collected informs Level Playing Field's own activity, with results used to identify which areas require closer or more urgent attention.
